Dan's passion for growing garlic helps us all to learn more about this wonderful crop. Here you can clearly see the flowers or "scapes" which are included in spring baskets before bulbs are ready for harvest. Garlic scapes are a pleasure to cook with and offer much the same versatility as garlic cloves.
