1 whole head garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp water
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Slice off the top of the head of garlic so most of the cloves are exposed. Place in a small baking dish. Drizzle oil over the top of the cloves. Sprinkle with the water. Cover the baking dish with a lid or with aluminum foil.
Roast for about 20 minutes, until the garlic is soft and lightly browned.
To serve, seperate the head into individual cloves and allow your diners to squeeze out the softened garlic as needed.
