Winter Radish Coleslaw

1/2 cabbage, grated
1-2 carrots, grated
1 winter radish, grated (black radish, daikon or other)
1/2 celeriac, grated (or 2 stalks celery, chopped)

Vinaigrette
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dill seed
1/2 tsp salt or to taste

In a bowl, combine grated vegetables.

In a separate bowl, mix together vinaigrette. Pour over vegetables and stir.
